Henock Berhe serves as Safety & Compliance Manager at Canaan Transportation, overseeing DOT and FMCSA compliance, driver qualification and onboarding, safety documentation, records management, and regulatory requirements.

He holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and Demography, with additional studies in Economics, and brings more than 15 years of experience in data management, research, administration, and organizational leadership. His background in statistical analysis, compliance, and process improvement supports our efforts to identify risks, strengthen procedures, and maintain accountable operations.

Henock works closely with our operations team to support safe, reliable, and compliant transportation services. His approach helps keep safety and regulatory requirements at the center of our daily operations.
